This simple easy to use tool can be a great addition to your meditation practice. You will use it much like you would use a mala (a necklace used during meditation). When counting you will hold each corner of the paper as a one count. You can use the outer colored corners for this. If you want to not count while you breath but still want to keep track run your finger along the white lines (the inner box). This will also help you track your counting as each line is 1 Mississippi.
This tool can be great to use with children or adults that have difficulty with memory. Tangible items can assist in keeping focus and helping to implement the practice.
