Since 2015 when our business was birthed with the idea of helping people live happy, healthy, free lives on their terms. We have made it a focus to keep it simple and obtainable. Through our 1:1 sessions, full distance sessions, curated release packages, live workshops, digital workshops, podcast, social media, community, blog, and book you will be supported with tools, tips, tricks and manageable, seemingly easy and effortless, ways to take back your life and accomplish your dreams and goals. our Property

 No matter where you are in the world we can work together. Our “property” is a Zoom room. So there is no need to “get to us” or block out travel time. Our only “physical” location is when we are hosted by a company, foundation, or community in their location. All sessions, programs, workshops etc. can be accessed from your mobile device or computer. We have always worked this way and will continue to do so because it decreases our environmental foot print and is sustainable, it also allows us to show up fully to you our client with respectable pricing.

Our Footprint

The entire foundation of our business is about energy and being in balance with mind, body, and spirit. It only makes sense for us to make sure that we carry that through ALL areas of our business and support the planet in the same way. As we are merely here for a blink of time and are the stewards for the future generations. This means that we are running our business with the lowest carbon footprint possible.
