On my own personal growth journey I have implemented meditation into my life in a big way. I practice daily. I sat in a healing meditation when this meditation came to me. I found it to be very cathartic since I was making huge shift.I was releasing so much. Everything I do is about release. This meditation is to help you shed and shine!
