Thumb/ Worry
When you are feeling worry (alarmed, anxious, bothered, concerned, distracted) you will want to hold your thumb. You can use your right hand to left, left to right. I honestly suggest you do both (wink, wink) this will allow you to create complete emotional balance. You will hold your thumb till you feel your pulse. I suggest holding for 3-5 min, at least till you feel your pulse. Watch the video here:
Index Finger/ Fear
When you are feeling fear (doubt, dread,distress, funk, dismay) you will want to hold your index finger. You can use your right hand to left, left to right. I honestly suggest you do both. This will allow you to create complete emotional balance. You will want to hold your index finger till you feel your pulse. I suggest holding for 3-5 min, at least till you feel your pulse. Middle Finger/ Anger
When you are feeling you will want to hold your middle finger. You can use your right hand to left, left to right. I honestly suggest you do both this will allow you to create complete emotional balance. You will hold your middle finger till you feel your pulse. Ring Finger/ Sadness
When you are feeling sadness (alarmed, anxious, bothered, concerned, distracted) you will want to hold your ring finger. You can use your right hand to left, left to right. I honestly suggest you do both. This will allow you to create emotional balance. You will hold your ring finger till you feel your pulse. Pinky Finger/ Judgement
When you are feeling judgmental (alarmed, anxious, bothered, concerned, distracted) you will want to hold your thumb. You can use your right hand to left, left to right. Full Body Balance
A good practice to get into each day is to hold each finger till you feel your pulse in each finger. Doing this regularly will allow you to be staying in balance more frequently and with ease.
