Your self-worth, self-love and self-care

I feel very strongly that this is one of the pre requesites of being of service to others. Having a foundation of love, acceptance, and worth for yourself is a must. I know this may sound odd. Almost like a no brainer. However I meet so many people looking to help people. Yet the space that they want to fill they don't even fill in their selves. This is a problem. This makes the energy exchange unbalanced. It also keeps you in a space of not fully living from love. Not fully embracing love and yourself! You deserve love. You deserve to love yourself and be loved too. To deeply and completely love and accept yourself is the best gift you can give to yourself and others.

I am very excited to be working on this with you this month. This will allow you to fully be present in relationships. Relationships with your loved ones, friends, co-workers and most importantly yourself. This month use these tools to aid you and guide you through you healing experience. 

Also you will want to star month one so you can check back to it regularly. As you should be protecting your energy regularly. I protect my energy and clear my energy daily so that I can be of service in my

Yoga Sequence:

Yoga is great for many of our needs. This month we will use our sequence to help us embrace our inner strength and self-love. You can use one simple pose each day depending on the level of your practice. You can also use the full sequence to move through. In this sequence we will work to connection with self. We will use poses that create and stimulate flow, balance and strength. Enjoy.

Love you yoga sequence

To Begin: Sit in a cross-legged position. Connect to your breath. Inhale and send roots down through your pelvic floor into the core of the earth. Exhale and draw the white light in through your crown to your heart. Stay in this space for a couple of minutes; go through some breath cycles finding stillness within. Stand and start our sequence:

  • Standing Side bend right

  • Standing Side bend Center

  • Standing Side bend left

  • Standing Side bend center

  • Warrior Pose I (Virabhadrasana I)

  • Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

  • Warrior Pose I (Virabhadrasana I)

  • Standing side bend center

  • Standing Side bend right

  • Standing Side bend Center

  • Standing Side bend left

  • Standing Side bend Center

To Finish: Come back to sitting cross-legged, eyes closed. Appreciate the space created within and drop into deeper stillness. Stay for 3-5 minutes.

I AM the vibration of love

I AM enough

I AM complete

I AM proud of myself

I AM loved beyond coprehension 


I'm really excited to share this with you. I have written a self-care and self-love course. I call this course Fill Your Cup. In this one hour course I share the five areas that are encouraged to grow and tend to for self-love and self-care. I share about these areas, tools and tips of what and how to implement them. I strongly believe that when we take care of ourselves we are of higher service to others. That we really can love deeply when we love ourselves deeply. So creating a self-care routine is essential. Don't worry this doesn't have to be crazy huge. I will show you how easy it can be. Then you can grow from their.

Journaling is extremely beneficial! It can help you to gain insight and work through different challenges or situations. Here are a few journal prompts that you can use during this month:

- What are patterns that I see in my relationships that I want to stop repeating? Are any of these patterns that I can see in my parents or in-laws relationships? Or friendships?

-How can I choose to see love more often? What can I change in my daily routine to help support me with this?

- Who from my past can I forgive? You can write out: "blank" I forgive you, I release this energy, it is no longer serving me or you. I forgive myself for holding on to this for so long. Or whatever comes up for you that helps you move into forgiveness.

- What are you feeling right now? What do you want to feel more of in your life? What can you do each day to focus on your desired feelings?
