Welcome to this self study workshop Creating Calm In The Chaos Of Life: Tools For Life workshop.
Everyone is juggling busy lives. With so many responsibilities and things to do. It's even harder when you are "doing it all" and running your own business.
It's amazing being an entrepreneur.
There are so many great advantages and rewards. However there are also long hours, endless lists, and the wanting to succeed. So how can you create calm in the chaos of being the mom, being the wife, being the boss, and all the things that go with it?
I can relate. I have been an entrepreneur my whole life. For the last 5 years I have taken it to a whole new level scaling my business globally. The foundation, and why it has worked, is that I have created a tool box of incredible techniques to help me to reset, regroup, and reground. These tools help me to create calm in the chaos of everyday life.
I want to share these tools, tips, and techniques with you so that you can show up as your best self in any and every situation. These are the tools that helped me and that I now use in my private practice and with clients.
These tools are tools that you can implement to help you regain balance in a day that has gotten away from you getting you focused and back on track. Recharge your battery when you have deadlines and are running out of steam. To overall just help you support yourself when your wearing an array of titles with lists of to-do's and don't have time for a spa day. These tools will help you create the calm you need to make it all happen.
Each of these practices is an easy technique to create a calm mind, body, and atmosphere. They make a beautiful addition to any routine. Regular practice of these tools will support you also in having less and less of those “over the top” moments. These techniques are not just great for your work and your business but also for your family and your health.
In this workshop I will walk you through 4 self-care practices to assist you in regaining balance in your physical and emotional body. This workshop is to help you remember and implement the tools you heard about in the Alchemical Soul Summit that you attended with me, Rebecca Packard. I am so honored to share these tools. Also to support you on your journey of self-care and personal resilience.
During the summit we covered a lot. We talked about all the ways we can use these tools, why we would want to use them, and even covered how to uses the tools. We talked about who can benefit from using these tools (and that is everyone. Really.) Everyone who implements these tools will find that they feel better, are even happier when they use these tools.
So many times we try to "fix" a problem. When we choose to use these tools for life we will start to see we have less and less problems. The tools help us manage situations and our emotions. When we take responsibility for our own emotions (energy) something magical happens. We don't create symptoms that need to be fixed. Which allows us to move forward in our lives to be our best self!
When we came together in the summit we talked about many ways we can use these tools, when and where we can implement them. It really comes down to the point that we can use these tools any place at any time. I always suggest using them in as many situations as you can think of. You will be surprised how wonderfully they support you. Even when you don't think that you "need" them.
Some situations to use these tools:
When you feel frustrated
When you feel anxiety
When you feel distracted
When you feel tired
When you feel angry
When you feel indecisive
When you feel overwhelmed
When you feel lack
When you feel scared
etc.
Some great times to implement the practices even when you don't "need" a tool:
When you wake up
When you are watching TV
Right before a meal
Right after a meal
When having a teachable/ learn-able moment with your child(ren)/ significant other
When getting ready for bed
When sitting in meditation
When out for a walk
When watching television (This is a good one I highly suggest)
etc.
