Finding Calm In The Chaos

With Rebecca’s family and work history she has seen a great need for there to be a bridge for people to get help. There have been many times when she herself was not able to take time off work or find an affordable option to attend groups or events that could give her access to tools that could benefit her. She with that she has seen how she can be of service to so many by making life changing tools accessible to people no matter their location or schedule.

This program is a 6 week course created for:

People who are in search of tools for creating balance in their life.

For people who are looking to let go of overwhelm.

For people who have crazy schedules.

For people who know that life could be easier.

For People who are sick of whats happening and want a change.

Rebecca Packard sees the need for preventative life tools to be available to all people. She has seen what the difference is between having coping tools and not having coping tools and the greater effects that can have on a person. With that she felt it her mission to make easy, effective and accessible tools available to as many people as possible. Knowing that there are so many people who are working so hard to just get to the next day. That is why she has created this program and made it available in this way. So no matter your location, work schedule, or how busy you are you still have the availability to have support and tools for when “Life” happens.

How Does This Work?

This course is designed to be taken when and where you can fit it in. Maybe that is on your lunch break or at home. Maybe that is in the morning or at night. It has been broken up into 6 easy to absorb, easy to follow modules that you take each week. You can take this on a computer or from your phone. Rebecca will even share with you how to make the tools and videos easily accessible to you even after the course has ended!
