Making time to meditate three times a day has been life changing. That can sound overwhelming at first but I promise you it's easier than you think. I started with short meditations (3-5 minutes) and have worked my way up.
In a guided meditation by one of my incredible mentors Andee Love a meditation came to me. It was amazing how it all happened. I quickly wrote it out. Now I want to share it with you.
