I was some what of a skeptic. I knew nothing about this practice. However I knew I was battling chronic fatigue and anxiety attacks. I had two sessions and didn’t really notice anything. I just thought well maybe it didn’t work. Then talking to a friend I realized that in the weeks following my sessions up to that point I hadn’t had ANY panic attacks. The BIG thing was that I had attended a concert that I typically would have had a hard time at, to the point of taking medication, however I attended that event with no issues.
